Erro instalacao

Boa tarde,

estou com um problema que acusa ser na porta, mas contudo já fiz as alterações já tirei a porta de dinâmica e coloquei a certa e o mesmo erro continua, alguém tem alguma ideia?

Error: "Connection refused: connect. Verify the connection properties. Make sure that an instance of SQL Server is running on the host and accepting TCP/IP connections at the port. Make sure that TCP connections to the port are not blocked by a firewall.".

Você precisa habilitar a conexão TCP para o IP informado na instalação do fluig.
